Mine got bad when I started fasting because I was drinking a lot of zero cal drinks that had fake sugar and some of those artificial sweeteners trigger my migraines. Dropping caffeine also triggers them. Once I was done with the caffeine withdrawals and started drinking water instead of zero cal drinks I did much better.
