WebUnder the project folder are 4 subdirectories: code, data, figures, and documents. I would like to put my .Rmd file in the code subdirectory. I would like the figures to go into the figures subdirectory. I would like the .html, .md, and .docx file (s) to go into the documents subdirectory. I would like to read in my data from the data subdirectory. Web\include {Chapter1/Chapter1.tex}. The graphics path is also defined at the beginning of the main .tex file like this: \graphicspath { {Chapter1/Figures/} {Chapter2/Figures/}} This has the potential to cause issues if any figures in the Chapter 1 folder are named the same as Chapter 2 figures.
